GENERAL:

Can I see a painting before I buy it?

A. Within the UK, where there is serious interest in a painting, we are often able to provide facilities to view and sometime clients like to see the painting in their own home or office, which can also be arranged. This is absolutely without obligation to purchase.

How long will it take from ordering my painting to it being delivered?

We are based in the UK. We despatch orders within a couple of days and most will be delivered within a week or so of ordering. However, some larger pieces require specialist shipping arrangements and of course some worldwide destinations take longer to reach. If an order is required for a particular occasion or date, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that it arrives on time.

The online process uses PayPal and I don�t have a PayPal account. How can I pay?

You do not need a PayPal account as you can check out as a Guest using their services. You will use your own credit or debit card details, which will not be seen or held by us.

I live in the US - do you ship overseas?

Yes, absolutely; we provide world-wide shipping. Delivery to buyers in the UK, US, Canada and Europe is free.
For other overseas destinations please contact us for a shipping quote. This will depend on the size and weight of the package and the location to which the art is to be delivered.
